SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Knifeless. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@knifeless.store before purchasing so we can advise on availability and shipping options.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
All orders ship free of charge to the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@knifeless.store and we will investigate immediately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Knifeless ships from overseas suppliers directly to your door. For US customers, no customs duties apply on orders under $800 — which covers all our products. You will not be charged any import fees on your order.
For customers outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package has not moved for more than 10 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed without delivery, please contact us at support@knifeless.store. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events outside our control. However we will always do our best to resolve the situation for you.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@knifeless.store. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships — however once the package has been dispatched we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Knifeless is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@knifeless.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
